Where to find us
Our office is on Jade Boulevard in O'Neillhaven, a short drive from the centre of town. Street parking is available directly outside. If you are coming from the airport, the drive takes roughly 25 minutes.
We welcome visitors during office hours. If you plan to drop by, please call ahead so we can make sure someone is available to meet you. Our front door is the blue one between the accountant and the physiotherapy clinic.
What happens after you reach out
We reply to every inquiry within one business day. Most of the time it is faster than that. Here is how the first conversation typically goes.
You tell us what is going on. We ask questions to understand the context: the size of the team, the industry, what you have already tried, and what success would look like. This usually takes 20 to 30 minutes on the phone or video call.
If we think we can help, we will outline two or three possible approaches and give you a rough sense of cost and timeline. We do not send generic proposals. Every recommendation is specific to your situation.
If we are not the right fit, we will say so and, where possible, point you toward someone who is. We have a network of specialists in areas we do not cover, such as HR compliance, employment law and psychometric assessment.
There is no obligation at any point. The diagnostic call is free, and we do not follow up with sales emails unless you ask us to.
