Leadership development program pricing
Because leadership development programs are custom-designed for each client, we do not publish a fixed price. The cost depends on the cohort size, the number of sessions, whether we deliver in person or by video, and the amount of individual coaching included.
As a rough guide: a six-month program for a cohort of twelve people, with eight group sessions and two individual coaching sessions per participant, typically costs between $28,000 and $35,000. A shorter three-month version for a smaller group can come in around $15,000 to $20,000.
We will give you an exact figure after the scoping conversation, and we do not start work until you have approved the proposal in writing.
Common questions about pricing
No. The 30-minute diagnostic call is free. We use it to understand your situation and decide together whether there is a good fit. If we move forward, the paid engagement starts from the scoping phase.
For executive coaching, you can pause or end the engagement with two weeks notice at the end of any month. For workshops, cancellations more than 14 days before the scheduled date receive a full refund. Cancellations within 14 days are charged at 50%. Organisational design projects can be paused at the end of any phase with one week notice.
Within Tasmania, yes. For engagements on the Australian mainland or overseas, we add travel costs at actual expense (economy flights, standard accommodation). We estimate these in the proposal so there are no surprises. Video delivery eliminates travel costs entirely, and most of our coaching work is done by video.
Yes. Executive coaching is invoiced monthly. Workshops are invoiced 50% on booking and 50% on completion. Organisational design projects are invoiced at the end of each phase. We accept bank transfer and credit card.
We check in regularly during every engagement, so dissatisfaction rarely comes as a surprise. If something is not working, we adjust the approach at no extra charge. If after a genuine effort the engagement is still not delivering value, we will end it early and refund any fees for undelivered work. We have had to do this twice in twelve years.
